Walk Parks
At the north end of Village Walk is our Community Building and pool resembling an old barn in outside appearance. The Community Building will have an indoor meeting space, outside gathering area with fireplace, a long covered back porch, functional kitchen and restroom areas. The pool will have a shooting water element for interst and play. Whether for lap work, birthday parties, sunbathing or just splashing around the pool will be most appreciated because you don't have to clean it. Dues from the Association will pay for professional cleaning, chemicals and upkeep.
About ¼ of the way, and ½ of the way up Village Walk Lane are two pocket parks, offering common area green space for use of residents.
The park at the south end of Village Walkwill
be called Village Green and will double as an open play area
or small ballfield. This area
is conveniently located on the trip home for Clemson Elementary
School children who may be walking home at the end of the school
day. Caretakers will cherish the ability to have their charges “play
off” some excess energy at the playground after the long school
day.
