Village Walk is addressing each of these three key elements.

1. Architecture - by insisting on turn-of-the century styling, featuring deep porches, 10’ ceilings, balconies, high windows with transoms and other romantic detail and features.

2. Proportion – experts suggest that homes be ½ as tall as the distance from the front of one home to the front of the home across the street. For Village Walk, there is approximately 60’ distance to the home across the street. Therefore, our homes will stand about 30’ tall to their peeks from the street level. Such proportion creates a comfortable, right-sized homey feel to the neighborhood. Add in the 5’ extra-wide, red brick-colored sidewalk and proportions are just right for many days, months and years of pleasant wanderings.

3.
